Recently I entered the Local Motors Pacific Northwest Vehicle Design Competition with the BioDre 2.0 Concept pictured above. It’s a battery powered plug-in electric SUV with two motors and a bio-diesel range extender/removable generator. I think the concept is strong, but I’m headed back to the cintiq [drawing board] to work on a more dramatic design. The competition required that your inspiration come from Earth, Fire, Water and Wind, so I kept mine very specific to the PNW.
